This short
introductory workshop explains how non-profit organizations,
businesses, and faith-based & edu institutions can operate
better, simpler & truer. We will discuss the importance of
understanding customer needs, process mapping and fulfilling
mission & vision statements & designing information, reports &
data for real impact. We also can break down
the topics into greater detail in a series of workshops (see
'flyer' example right).

5 Simple Steps
to Host
a free
introductory presentation at your organization's facility:
1) Review
your calendar for the day and time that will attract the
most folks
2) Contact
ReIdren Business Group to confirm availability to present
(857 939-1461)
3) Download our
ms word
example promotional flyer (right
click the link and 'save target as'), modify it with your
organization's information (address, directions picture), print
as many copies as possible & distribute to your member, patrons
& the wider community.

4) Promote the
event in the local newspaper's calendar and your newsletter
or information channels, . See the example flyers for
email ideas.
5) Prepare the room.
We ask for an appropriate-size seating area, a projection area
(a large 'clean' wall, white board or screen), electric outlet.
We bring the laptop projector and reading materials. We
require 15min setup time and breakdown time.
