families and the community. To partner with existing social agencies to
engage, empower and mobilize individuals and families to rebuild their
lives, to uphold healthy and fulfilling lifestyles and to establish

Cost of Services
The cost for services depends on size of event and
audience, length of time, and resources needed. There is a sliding fee scale
for non-profit agencies. Please contact H.C.E.C. to discuss cost.
