About Us
The Nubian Writers Group is a collective of Black folk who have an
interest or passion to write. All interested writers can benefit from joining
because the group offers you the space, time, support and resources once a
week to focus on your writing. Your writings can be of any genre.
The group's goal is to help you enhance your skills, explore other creative
ways to express yourself and give you the motivation to do something with
your writings. We do retreats once a year to expand our deeper knowing
of our inner gifts as writers. We also promote & distribute our
creative works. Please come join us. Your spirit and energy will
be a powerful addition.
Schedule
We meet every Sunday from 6pm - 8pm. The current meeting location is
MCAEC 515 Blue Hill Ave, Dorchester (or Arnold Arboretum, Jamaica Plain MA -weather permitting).
