These tools allow leaders & staff to 1) make better decisions and 2) control and strengthen key processes, behaviors and systems that will make the decision-making stay in place.  The framework is called IO6. 

IO6 Opportunity Framework Workshop
Our main service is a 6hr (3 session)  picture-building workshop that starts with 1) writing mission & vision statements, 2) developing a high level process map & identifying costs of poor quality, 3) identifying and prioritizing the needs of your customers, 4) writing your organization's strategic answers to those needs, and 5) listing & prioritizing performance measurements for 6) operating excellence.

IO6 DMAIC Cycle Workshop
Using a project manager and DMAIC cycle tool, ReIdren staff help teams from your organization run their own process improvement project using actual data from their day to day processes. Together the team works to:

• Define the problem-where the ‘pain’ is, in a given critical process,

• Measure the process and potential root-causes of the problem,

• Analyze the root-causes using more data & basic statistics,

• Improve the process by modifying or eliminating the root-causes of the problem,

• Control the improved process, to lock in gains made during the project.

Process Mapping

Workshop covers process mapping fundamentals, digitizing your maps and features direct hands-on mapping of a critical process in your organization.

Custom Workshops
ReIdren offers any single topic or combination of the topics above as a customized set of workshops and process improvement projects. We want to help; we are able to tailor our offerings to the needs of any and all clients.
All workshops include printed and bound workbooks and an IO6 spreadsheet tool CD-ROM. The idea of the spreadsheets is to make the IO6 methodology more accessible by automating the main tasks like statement building, process mapping, cost analysis, strategy formation, data charting, project scheduling and more. A user simply opens the files, reads the easy-display spreadsheet menus, and types the data into spreadsheet cells and immediately obtain information that can be used to pinpoint organizing opportunities, process improvement opportunities and to solve customer problems. The spreadsheets chart and picture capabilities enables quick and easy presentation.
